Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and tgsoft.app, Dubai Marina, JBR, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"), the provider of tgsoft.app. They apply when you use the website, buy a license or use the tgsoft desktop or Android app (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use tgsoft

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use tgsoft for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.

2. What you buy

  • A license lets you run the tgsoft app. The base license is required; add-ons (Sender, G2G, Automator, Backup, Reporter, Tools) unlock extra modules.
  • Each purchase covers a fixed term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) or is a lifetime purchase. Nothing renews automatically. Lifetime means for as long as we offer and support the software.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and at checkout. Payment is in crypto through our payment provider (Cryptomus). The license is extended once the payment is confirmed.
  • There is no free tier or trial. See the refund policy for when we give refunds.

3. Your license

  • We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for the paid term, on one machine at a time. You can move the license to another machine yourself, within the limits shown in the app.
  • The app checks your license with our server from time to time. If it cannot reach our server, it keeps working for up to 14 days.
  • You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or try to bypass, modify or reverse engineer the licensing, except where the law allows it.
  • We own the software and all rights in it. You get only the rights written here.

4. Your accounts and your responsibility

  • tgsoft runs on your computer (or your own server for the Android app) and acts through Telegram accounts you add. You are responsible for those accounts, for what they send, and for having the right to use them.
  • You must follow Telegram's Terms of Service and all laws that apply to you, including anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection and data-protection laws. Get consent where the law requires it before you message people.
  • Telegram may limit, restrict or ban accounts at any time. Pacing and safety features reduce that risk but cannot remove it. We are not responsible for actions Telegram takes against your accounts.

5. What you must not do

  • Use the Service for fraud, scams, phishing, malware, harassment, threats, or content that is illegal where you or the recipients are.
  • Use the Reporter to file false or abusive reports.
  • Collect or use personal data in ways that break data-protection law.
  • Attack, overload or probe our servers, or access another user's data.

If you break these rules we may suspend or revoke your license without a refund.

6. Third-party services

tgsoft works with services we do not control, such as Telegram, proxy providers (for example Webshare), AI providers whose keys you add, and our payment provider. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Updates and changes

We may update the app, add or remove features, and change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a term you have already paid for. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, or about any business result you get from it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or banned or restricted accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using tgsoft at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections 3 (ownership), 8, 9 and 11 continue after the agreement ends.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
